May be 90% where you live. Come down to Texas, specifically in the southern portion of the state. Around San Antonio, it's probably 70/30 for English, and in some parts of town 80/20 for Spanish as the dominant language.

And along the northern border it 99.9% English and probably 98% in the Northeast.
