Quick question if you don't mind, or anyone else who wants to chime in...
Remember the pic of my fuge in the microbubble thread? The black sponge rig that I used to stop bubbles flowing over since I did not put in a bubble trap...
I was wondering if I got 2 more pieces of acrylic cut, would I be able to just wedge them in place if I get it cut the right length? The black sponge rack takes up too much room in that section and I wanna put both heaters in there instead of one in my fuge.
TIA for the help

This is the one where the output of the skimmer was moved over to the intake side right? Don't know for sure that you could wedge in the acrylic and not have it move from the water pressure. What's wrong with them being in the fuge?
By the way do you know you can PM people?

nothing is wrong with it, I just figured if i took off the black sponge rig it would give me some more space...
And yes I do know how to PM people, I figured I'd ask in a thread though so other people could chime in.

Is there something you need the extra space for? I guess you could minimize the size of the black sponge, or use a different one, so that it is smaller but still provides the same bubble trap. Or if you can afford to shut the sump down for a while, you could drain is and put the new acrylic in correctly so that it does not move.

not really, just wanted to throw my other heater in there but I guess the sump doesn't need to be perfect, just hold all the crap that I don't want in the DT's.
