no LOL I actually had a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 3/4 acre of land. the taxes here are fairly cheap though.
it only costs 24.95 to register my car for a year.

My property taxes are around $7000 a year thanks to Save Your Home that limits it to 3% cap it can be raised in one year, else it would around $11,000.

Closest thing I saw to indoor plumbing when I went to Arkansas was my Uncle Pap's still he had running in the garage
