spider like creatures

I got these spider like creatures in my tank they are small, white and have seven legs. They crawl on the glass but I saw one swimming today. I saw 2 them last week and now I see like 30 so they must be breeding. Any one know what they are and are they bad or good.

Search pods!, good and beneficial! sign of maturing tank!
