Spiderwebs?

So I took the bone out of my yellow tangs fin, for those of you who remember. He's doing great. He looks like he's been stabbed though and has a nice scar, so i named him scar fin, lol, anyway, I notice a spiderweb substance on one of my live rocks, anyone know what it could be, I also noticed yesterday that, a small looking shrimp was running around the rock and then dissapeared, it was tiny don't know how it got there but he's there, anyone know what it could be.......thanks

the small shrimp is probly a brine shrimp. a have had them and i never feed them live brine only frozen before.

No i don't have any corals, just live rock

the spider web looking stuff is possibly a tube worm. they let out a spider web like substance to catch food. the little shrimp looking thing is probably a pod. that is a very good thing. this is the whole reason you buy liverock.
