I woke up this morning and thought it was kinda odd that my spiny was in the corner of the tank instead of hiding in his little "lair" that he built in my live rock... put some shrimp in and he didn't move... i'll be damned if there's not a big set of spines sticking out of the little lair, moving around... I didn't know they shed their WHOLE shell! I thought it'd just be like a... I don't know, a skin! That's freaky looking! And it's just sitting ominously in the front corner of my tank, looking in.
What do you actually do with it? Should I get it out of the tank? Or is that gonna really tick him off?? Will it hurt anything to leave it in there?
