We all need a bit of sports trivia in our lives. Please add your trivia as this thing goes along.
Here's the question...
Among the 4 major sports, which state in the US won the most championships in the 1990's?

Nobody knows... and I thought we had some sports fans here. Come on people, there are only about 5 or 6 states that have large enough markets for multiple championships anyway.

Ding Ding Ding... we have a winner... 3 Cowboys championships, a Dallas Stars championship, 2 Houston Rockets championships, 1 San Antonio championship.
I'm surprised no one else guessed Illinois... I figured them with the 6 Bulls championships.

At one point there were 4 teams in the 4 major sports whose name did not end in S (I believe due to expansion there are 8 now) Can you name them?
For instance the ever popular and incredible Steelers are one of the teams whose name end in S.

Can't think of any NFL teams.
How about Red Sox, White Sox for baseball.
Basketball: Miami Heat, Jazz, Orlando Magic.
Can't think of the other 3.
