I was wondering what this exactly meant? Reason is that I have 2 rics that I know should be spot feed ( i read that it should be spirulina) and was just wondering how to do it.
Spot feeding is basically selective feeding. I suggest putting the spirulina in a turkey baster/syringe and carefully releasing it on or around the coral you are attempting to feed.
