Spots on my Ocellaris

I was looking at my fish today and noticed these blemishes on the larger of my two Ocellaris. At first I thought was Ich, but they appear to be under the surface and not on top like Ich would be. Any idea what these could be and how to treat it?

The best I can describe it is as if they are faded white spots under the surface. It looks kind of like Hyper-Melaninization except that the spots are not black. I also dont really have any corals that would sting it except for maybe Frogspawn? The other corals I have are Xenia, shrooms, Zoos ,polyps and a small frag of a finger leather coral. I first noticed the spot about a week ago on one of the white bands but no where else on it. I didnt give it much thought becuase it was just the one spot. Now the blemishes are scattred over its entire body, maybe about thirty blemishes in all. It appears normal , swimming and eating naturally. I did notice that when the smaller of the two goes near it, the smaller one shakes kind of violently. There is no aggression or nipping. The smaller one just does this shake.
My water parameters are as follows:
Temp=76
nitrate=10
nitrite=0
ammonia=0
Ph=7.8 I know it's low, I'm buffering it

Hm, I will go through some of my books and see if I can find anything that appears to resemble what you describe.
