Any one had any luck with this puffer? The one I'm thinking about is 4" long and eats Krill.

I don't have one, but they are one of my favorites. They are breath taking! Most all puffers are hardy, and will eat most any meaty preperations given. Supplement the krill with squid, shrimp, clam, prime reef, etc. If you can, I'd love to see pics of him. Good luck, Bo

He is one of a kind. He is about 6" and I'm going to have to buy him a 250. I'll post pictures of him tonight when I get home. He eats rocks. I'm talking big bites. He has changed my enitre plan for that tank. Anyone want to buy a new CSL ABS 4x65??

He doesn't look bad to me, possibly a tad underweight, but most new fish are when first acquired. Great looking fish. Bo

He's a monster. He's over 7" and eats twice a day. You guy's honestly think I should feed him more? I posting another picture. Thanks. JP:D

I paid $85 bucks at my lfs. They seem to go for a lot more but we
had been on the look out for one for over 6 months. I picked him up the same day he arrived. It is my understanding that he will change in to the Golden puffer when he gets older. Thanks for the vote of encoragement. How do you think he would do with a banded or snowflake eel? JP.

I think I'd crap my pants if I saw that fish for 85 at the lfs. I don't think he'll change into a golden puffer, I believe those are two different color morphs. An eel would probably be fine with him, just make sure he has plenty of places to hide. I'd also reccomend a feeder stick for the eel as puffers tend to hog all the food. Bo

Thanks for the info. If I had to choose between a Minator Grouper or a powder blue tang, who would be a better choice for a tank mate?
JP.
