spotted fish

My fish seem to get a bright spot on their body and then die. I have lost an arc-eye, flame hawk, yellow tail, 2 green chromis, and midnight angel. I still have a 6 line wrasse, scooter blennie, yellow tail, maroon clown and 2 green chromis. Also the 6 line wrasse has started to get the bright spot. I have a 75 gal. tank with bio ball filtration and a protiein skimmer, with 60 lbs. live sand and 55 lbs. of live rock. The tank is over a month old and has been cycled. I added the fish 4 at a time. My water is in good condition and I am doing water changes of 15 % every week.

Ed, thank you for the in put I will slow way down. As to date my salt water master liquid tells me that all levels are at 0 and ph is 8.0 I am getting brown algea for the second time is this ok. is there a better test kit and should I test for more then the standerd four things.
