Personally i thought spidey 3 was a decent movie. Way too much was crammed into it, to have the ending be as fast as it was. I don't think this is the last we'll see of Venom. There weren't any body parts from the explosion, and there's that sample the professor had.
I think it was stupid of them to kill off green goblin jr, and to let the sandman go free. I don't like though how his regenerative skills healed up the bump on his head, but he died from getting pierced to save spidey.

yes there were certain things i didnt care for like u said but all in all it was action packed and pretty decent. i think the moral lessons were inspiiering.by the way i think the whole bad boy peter thing was a little hokey. by the way u didnt mention transformers

actually, if you think about it, the professor said the alien slime would amplify the person's natural tendancies, especially aggression. Peter parker is a nerd, and i think the venom slime amplified his nerdiness quite well.
transformers's isnt a sequel, and really should never have been made--same with TMNT

Yeah, the whole "bad boy" thing was pretty lame. I second the crammed in beginning/hurried at end motion. I think they did a good job with Venom, however, I was upset they didn't include the drooly tongue-wagging he does in the comics. (I know -- such a minor detail, but oh-so-disappointing.)

they had a tiny amount of it, in the battle, but all in all venom had way too little screen time

I saw spiderman and hated it. I guess I'm very picky about movies but I thought it was a dud.
Brought my daughter to see Shrek the Third last night and it was awesome. Very funny.

what was funny about shrek the third? i laughed maybe 3 times during the whole movie. the whole theater was dead quiet except for those three times as well.
There was too much of a plot and not enough slapstick comedy that the previous 2 were awesome for.

Spiderman 3 was too emotional I thought. I hate man cries and there was like 3 in that movie. Anywho, it is my least favorite and I can't believe I paid $10 to see it. Half way through I was looking at my watch wondering when it would be over. The only thing that kept me there was the fact that I was in a crowded theatre and the people kept making fun of it and they were cracking me up.
And hopefully I will see Shrek 3 tonight....Im excited!!!

I didn't like the second shrek as much as the first and I liked the thrid better then the second. I like how they rag on disney. Snow White giving Doc as a live in nanny and when Fiona (sp?) said she can't accept the gift Snow White saying "it's okay I've got six more at home" and then Doc showing up at the end "Where's the baby." Also liked Puss in boots talking about being a daddy to Shrek when the ship was sailing off "You my friend are royally...<ships horn blast>" had me rollin. Lots of inuendos and I felt that of the three this one was much more intended for adults.

yea, that's the 2 or 3 areas where the movie was funny, but 1.5 hrs of lectures and stuff, it was more of a lesson for adults on dealing with teens than anything IMO.

Oh well, mixed reviews i guess on Shrek.
Next week is Pirates of the Caribbean, and this is something i've been looking forward to.
i just saw a preview for another die hard... i have mixed feelings for that...
