sps fragging! ?

ok so i was just wondering how you gouys go about fragging your sps! i just a small one todaly from the local fish store and its on a rock thats way to big and i was wondering how the heck to go about removing it from the rock so that i can epoxy it where i want! i'm almost thinging of going out and gettin a brand new PVC saw or something like that to cut it off lol! so any ideads would help!

what kind of a sps is it? if its acros, then just cut any part of the branch. just make sure the cut is quick and clean. use krazy glue.

That would depend on what sps coral we are talking about. Acro's don't do well with reef epoxy as they tend to die off at the base and spreads upwards when it is used on them.

i ened up using wire cutters i called a friend and thats what he said to use and he has never had a problem w/ the epoxy killing them says thats all he uses! so i used the epoxy and man let me tell you those things are no joke when it comes to cutting them! just hope the epoxy dosent kill it! i see lots of people use the epoxy! so we will have to see. thanks fo r the replys !
