sps help please

i just recently bought a pink birds nest coral. it has little white "bubble" looking things attached to it all over. my nitrates, etc are 0 and calcium is pretty high last time i checked, but ive been reducing the amount i put in every day. can someone tell me what is wrong with it?

explain the bubbles a little more, or better yet post a picture.
are the translucent, or calcerous? shiny and gaseous ?

also, whats your alkalinity at? sometimes a high calc can be associated with low alk. those bubbles could be RTN
