Quite doubtfull. The A. rosaria resembled the A. loripes. Both the A. rosaria and A. loripes with have pocket or tear dropped shaped radial corallites which are much larger than that of the coral pictured. To add onto that, the smaller branches will have radial corallites only on the underside of the branch. As they grow, the radial corallites form on the top of the branch.
My guess would be an A. sarmentosa, A. torresiana, or A. samoensis. It's quite difficult to tell when the coral is small.
