i purchased one for my 12 gal dx .............
looked pretty good and fit extremly well - especially the built in clamp that secures it to the tank wall ...............
only drawback is there is the openings or slots for the water to flow through are not long enough and thus you have to continously add top off water almost dailey or you'll find the intake chamber almost dry .
other than that it looks - mounts - works just fine .
i'm about to modify mine and cut the openings a litle deeper so i will have a little more time between top offs.

When mine arrives, I guess I will break out my dremel and do some modding. I could not find any old cassette cases around the house, so I got this instead.
