Standpipe Question

What size bulkheads and standpipes do you recomend on a 200 gallon system. I will be drilling the bottom back corners and need to know what will work best for the bulkheads and pipe diameter.

Sorry for the confusion, the bottom is drilled on one side already. The tank is all 1/2" plate glass.

I understand definatelly, I have a friend in the glass industry coming out to drill it for me. If its tempered he will let me know. If so I will look at drilling the sides for an overflow or use a hang on system. It is an old tank that was used in freshwater breeding....they just plugged the bottom hole and ran hang-on equipment. I did not find any markings to indicate tempered, and it does not have the look of tempered glass either. I really appreciate your concern, I dont want shattered frags of glass all over my new floor..........
