star polyps won't come out :(

hey
a while ago i treated for aptasia in my tank right underneath my star polyps...
now the whole coral really wont extend its green feelers... some days it will extend just a little bit but not enough to see green, just looks brown.
everything in my tank is healthy my levels are fine, how long do green star polyps take to recover? they didnt get directly hit by the medication so i don't know whats wrong
i have a powerhead aimed at them cuz a guy at the LFS said they like a very strong current

Couple things to try. 1. Large water change or several water changes back to back 2. move the powerhead. Supposed to be a very hardy coral but may not like to be directly in the way of a powerhead.

i posted a pic up of it. i really hope they do bounce back i love them when they're open

put it this way, i lost a rock of mint GSP behind my rock and it stayed there assumed dead for 2 months with no light. i then had to redo my rock work and found the piece with flesh on it still... right now it has about 20 heads on it out and growing ^^
