starfish in aggessive tank

I want to add a starfish to my 130 gallon. Will they get eaten by my puffers (stars and stripes 3 inches and porky 7 inches) or my (picasso 3 inches) trigger?

triggers and puffers would be the fish i would worry about w/ starfish.
groupers, lions, wrasses- no problem
