Starfish question

Are there any special requirements for starfish? Lighting, feeding, or anything you can think of?
How hardy are they???
I have a fish only tank, but I would love to eventually put a starfish in there.

I added a Bahama Starfish about 6-8 weeks ago and really like it. He moves all around the tank eating algea of the glass, and whatever he finds on the Live Rock. I put a small (1/2") cocktail shrimp in about once a week. I put it in the tank then place him so one leg/arm just touches the shrimp. He will immediately move over top of it, and stay there almost a whole day. (As you may know, starfish eat by getting overtop their food, and expelling their stomach to envelop and digest the food. When they are done, they pull their stomach back in. You can actually see this sometimes if they are eating algea on the glass. ) You can see a picture of him at my web site.
