started all over again?

after a major mall function of my chiller which killed about everything but my fish I had to start all over again.
I took it as a good time to install new lights and move my skimmer and all into a sump so away from my main tank.
Didnt use new water.
Only problems is that my Nitrites and Nitrates are a bit off right now as due to the changes I hadnt had my skimmer on for a few days but all other parameters seem fine.
Chiller in the mean time is fixed and running again.
Now how long should I wait to start stocking again?
Also I will slowly start adding real sea water in the tank performing lots of water changes over the next few days/ weeks.
So how long to start re-stocking?
attached some pictures of my new landscaping. If you go through my older posts you can see what I had before.

I like the way you did your rocks. I would no way trust that chiller again, fixed or not. (That’s just me)
I wouldn't try re-stocking until the nitrites are at 0, the skimmer made no difference, and that isn't why those readings are what they are. Most likely you had an ammonia spike from dying critters when your chiller killed them off and created a mini cycle.
Since fish are in there you don't have to treat it like a new tank, just wait for the nitrites like I said.

Chiller should be fine now. Wasnt really broken broken.
I use a Hailea chiller with an older metal probe (Heilea changed it for me for free with a titanium one now)
so hopefully no issues.
Deaths could have been avoided as it could have been a 5 min fix but I was out for a while for work and wife didnt know what to do. Anyway its all over now.

I heard Titanium was they way to go, even on heaters. Chillers are so expensive, I can't imagine how I would feel if one broke and killed my tank.
re-stocking is expensive but fun. Glad you didn't give up.

they are boyu lights
3X150W MH DE (20000K)
2X80W blue T5
and blue LED for moonlight
I have 11 clowns and they do fight occasionaly but nothing serious tank is big enough for them to run if needed.
Also 2 regal tangs in there

Beautiful tank. Way to hang there and not let it keep you down. I think my bank account would be drained on a tank like that. Lord knows my nano is expensive enough.
