starting a cycle

i know of the the way to throw a shrimp in a tank to start a cycle but are there any other ways? :help:

You can use LR, or LS, some people use damsels (I did but I don't recmend it).

You can ghost feed your tank until you get the levels to spike. You can put uncured lr in to start your cycle...HTH...
