starting a new tank

:help: Im starting a new tank.(50 gal) I really like the coral beauties. Could someone help me out with what other type fish I can put with them that are colorful and not so aggessive towards other fish. Also, I was wanting to put in a cleaner clam, some corals, and anninomies(spelled wrong

)what would you recommend? :needhelp:

I recommend a lot of research, starting with the threads at the top of the "New Hobbyists" forum. :yes:
You need very intense lighting, and a very mature tank to keep many corals and anemones. It is not something you should have, IMO, for several months (IMO, at least 6). The lighting that comes with tanks is almost certainly unsuitable for corals/anemones.
For the drawf angels, you will also need a lot of LR for grazing. They do run a risk of nipping at corals. In addition, they are not a fish to add for several months after the tank is cycled.
What sort of filtration do you have? What sort of lighting do you have?

Well the tank has actually been set up for a little over 2 years. I just decided to get rid of the fish taht I had and go for a more colorful friendly type fish so I could have a variety of fish.. AS far as my set up goes I have a Cyclone protein skimmer, a compact lunor florecent light set, and an Emperor double bio wheel filter, along with a small power head

What is the wattage of your power compact fixture and how old are the bulbs? How much LR do you have?

As far as Dwarf Angels go, they can be pretty aggressive and territorial to fish that you add to the tank after them. I have an Atlantic Pygmy Angel, and it turned into Ivan The Terrible when I added the last fish I wanted in my tank....a Six Line Wrasse. If you want the "community" type tank, I would get the more peaceful fish first, and add the Angel last, because the Angel WILL protect its LR, caves and crevices if you put it in first and give it time to take over. Along with the Angel, I have a Goby, a tank-raised Maroon Clown, and a Dwarf Lionfish.
