Visit the Secretary of State website. This is where you will register you company name. But IMO there is no reason to do this before talking with your CPA, JMO. They will help you with going as a DBA,LLC,SCORP,INC. For what you want it for it may not be worth the headache.

i am guessing a wholesaler permit.it wont do any good if you dont have the connections.every lfs in the country is schmoosing the collectors.
my guy is going to hawaii next week to buy his guys diner and nights out.
