you need to registrar a domain name, and pay for your hosting company.
you can registrar a name for as low as 1.99 and find a hosting company for as little as 9.99 mo. My web site costs me close to 400.00 a year to keep. good luck.
remember to use a web builder that is compatible for you hosting company. for instance front page isn't compatable with a shared server anymore.
