Starting to Cycle or finishing?

My 90 gallon tank has been set up for 9 days using Damsels to start cycle. Testing today I got the following resutls
PH=8.2
Ammonia= 0.2
Nitrite=0.1
Nitrate= 10
Alk= 5meq/l
Salinity= 1.0124
Is this the finishing end of a cycle or is it just starting?

cycles take weeks 3or4and maybe more. all water numbers after cycle need to be 0

The lfs also has me putting cycle into the tank. 8 capfuls a day until the bottle is empty. Thanks an advance for everyones input.

you dont need to add cycle if you have damsels in there. and why do you have your salt so low?

Sorry, put an extra 1 in there, it is 1.024
