Starving: Golden Head Sleeper Goby

Help me Please! I've noticed my Sleeper Head Goby is starving after only 3 weeks in my 90 gallon reef aquarium. My LRS sold him to me after I told them about algea blooms popping up in my (shallow) sand bed. He cleaned the sand after only a few days and I've noticed him slowly hiding more in the live rock and he's noticably skinnier.
I'm currently feeding my fish once a day, alternating beetween frozen Mysis Shrimp and some other frozen cubes that my LRS sold me (I know I should know).
My tank has only been up for 3 months and after researching this fish, I realized I probably shouldn't have him until the tank has been better established, but it's too late now.
So how do I jump-start his appetite? What should I feed him? I hate seeing anything suffer in my tank.

I hate to say it but if your tank is only 3 months old then his chances are not good. I had one in the past and he never ate the food i put in for the other fish. Mine only ate the things that are living in the sand but my tank had been setup for years before he was introduced. Sometimes garlic xtreme will help stimulate appetites in fish i hope he starts eating something. Good luck.

Thanks dbgator1 for your input. I'm a little upset with with my LRS for not warning me, but I guess I'm upset with myself too for not holding off on the purchase and doing the research first. I'll check into the garlic xtreme or see if the store will take the fish back for credit. Thanks again.
