The shock of seeing a team wearing a Cowboys uniform play well has left him unable to communicate in coherent sentences.

Alright, in honor of giving him a fair chance to get his butt on here and do his usual thread, I won't discuss football or acknowledge the remark towards "America's Team", but I will give it to you.....that was a good one

Was there some sort of vote I missed making the Cowgirls "America's Team"??? Is Nancy Pelosi "America's Senator" too ?

Pelosi is from CA...'nuff said.
But yes, there was a vote. It's in the Constitution, somewhere, maybe in the fine print. And what are you fussing about, I could hear you cheering for them today all the way from AZ.

What's wrong with Cali?%% I've lived there and the "Carolina's", both nice, a bit liberal in Cali, but a great state to live in. Pelosi's an idiot, but you guys have Harry Reid which is equally bad....I digress.
As soon as the Vik's lost I ceased to care about the Cowgirls as it had no effect on the Cards.
I hereby decree the Cardinals to now be "America's Team"....I'm pretty sure that makes it official.

jets are destroying the Bungals.
So we have
Afc
Colts
Chargers
Bengals
Patriots
Ravens
Jets
Then NFC
Saints
Vikings
Dallas
Arizona
Packers
Eagles
Eagles at Cowboys
Packers at Arizona
Did Warner play today? The Packers destroyed the Cards. I heard Boldin got hurt but is expected to play.

When did the Viks lose? They hammered the G men

I should clarify....Nothing wrong with CA, just referring to her presence there (guidance if you want to call it that). Yes, she is an idiot.
And there can be NO decree for a new 'America's Team'. This was sealed in the Constitution of the United States and is hereby accepted by every football fan to come, for ages.
Crypt...I think the Egls/Boyz, as well as the Pkrs/Cards, will just be a repeat of what was seen today.

I thought he said he was going to the game. He said it was a 7 hour drive one way, Google Maps has it at 6 1/2, though I've never had Maps get me a short estimate

Meant to say as soon as the Viks didn't
lose....Warner threw 4 passes and the starting defense played very little, yet DRC and Boldin still got banged up.

Depends on how many Buckee's he stopped at. Corpus to San Antonio is around 2 hours, and San Antonio to Arlington can be done in 4 1/2.

There aren't any if you go down 35. and hit 37. There is a cabelas...
7 hours with a stop for gas and food. ( we did it in 6:30 minutes last night my car shakes a little at 85) the ONLY time I've ever done that without traffic... The last time we drove it, hello 9 hours...

Did you take the 130 Toll Road around Austin going up? I'm sure there was no issue getting through Austin at 10PM on a Sunday night. Only 85? Get that tie rod fixed before your next trip. I don't do less than 90 after I get through Round Rock.

that toll road is dumb. I've taken it before. It just takes you sooo far out there... If I did that, I'd rather just drive through La Grange and up 77, than take the toll road. Besides, I'm philosophically against toll roads. There is just NO way they need to be tolling me when I pay 40 cents a gallon to the government when I buy gas...

Remember all the past cocaine problems, like Michael Irvin snorting the goal line?Should be called SOUTH America's team. Sorry, but as a Packer season ticket holder since I could drive, 1964, its really hard to say anything nice about the little guys in their new playhouse. Wait! "Roger Staubach", there's something nice about the cowgirls. Oh yeah, and Troy Aikman is the worst colorman in the history of broadcasting; he never shuts up. I don't know how Joe Buck, who is great, puts up with him.
Note to Kirk: Pelosi is San Francisco's Congressbroad (said purely to annoy her; oink, oimk!); as far from America as you can get. But Houston is quickly becoming the Lone Star State's answer to Granola City.
