I am still trying to adjust my reactor on a 240reef. I am getting closer but still need advice.
I am putting in about 6tbs a min of liquid out of reactor at a ph of 6.5. I was putting in about 2tbs.
My tank has a ph of 7.5 in the morning and 8.1 in the evening. the alk is 11.5 dkh and the cal is 375ppm and dropping slowly.
I think the alk and cal is fairly bal but need to increase to bring up to 12+ and 420+ with output of reactor staying at 6.5. I am about to crank up the reactor to about 9tbs per min and 6.5 ph. Does this sound like the next step and see what the tank does in couple of days? Thanks terry
