Still have hair Algae

Well, I did find that my phosphates were over 2.5mg/L (is that the correct volume designation?) I did a 20% water change then. I cut down on my daylights to 4 hours. My Actinics are on for 11 hours. I do have some turbos, not enough though. I will give my powerheads and filters a good scrubbing. I'm worried about my anemone not getting enough light if I cut the lighting down even more.

Pete, not sure where on LI you are located, but Aqua Hut in Coram gets them in every now and then. I've also seen them at Country Critters in Patchogue, but they are a very expensive store.
