Day 1. Eggs are getting darker, eyes are becomming more visible.
Dad is even more aggressive. He's got his "angry eyes" on. LOL

Yes, anything that drifts past mom he will go after. I pour some food in his direction once in a while. There are also a lot of Amphipods that make the mistake of smelling the eggs and going after them. They make a nice snack.

I have a fry tank with about 100 juveniles in it. They are now large enough to move so I'll put them into another tank and place the eggs in the fry tank just before they hatch (I hope). I have ramped up Rotifer production in preparation for the hatching.
