Stingray?

So a customer came into the lfs I work at wants me to set up his 120 bowfront for a FOWLR tank and he really wants a ray. I really don't think that's going to work, but I haven't told him yet. Are there any rays that stay around the 6 inch range?
Also, the tank doesn't have overflows, so i've got a Rena XP4 on it, is that plus a skimmer and 100lbs of live rock going to be enough filtration?

Do a search for retic stingrays. A fw ray that might be ok in a 120(12-14" max diameter), but barely. This ray is illegal in some states though and not particularly hardy. Rays in general require some pristine water conditions so I would think more filtration would be required.
