Stock my Tank Please!

Help me stock my tank I have a 30gal tank with 32lbs of LR- so far all I have is a pair of tank perc's. I have no cleaning crew yet- please suggest some beautiful fish for my tank!!! I would like one medium fish as the "spotlight" in the tank later on down the line- maybe a dwarf angel?? Thanks for your suggestions- as always!

A dwarf angel in a 30 gal might work, if there is enough LR and enough territory for it. What kind of angel were you thinking of? I would reccommend the royal gramma, these fish stay small, hardy, and colorful, and they would go ok with your clowns. They can be kinda shy though but a very pretty fish.

Probably a flame, lemon peel, or rusty?? Would that work?? I know they are ich magnets though?? Royal gramma sounds good, what about a blenny?? or Gobie??

Out of those angels I would go with the flame, they are probaly one of the most hardiest IMO of the dwarf angels, the lemon angels can get very territorial and wouldm't go well in a 30 gal. But yes most all angels are very prone to ich, you can have a goby or blenny, most species are small and would go ok in a 30 gal.

For a dwarf angel the flame will probably be the best. As far as other tank mates maybe a firefish or a sixline wrasse.

later on, I would say add the flame, but that and a pair of perculas is all I would really add to a 30 gallon tank.
maybe soem corals and inverts, but no more fish, JMO
