I currently have 1 sailfin tang 1 blonde naso
1 kole tang 1 yellow tang 1 scopes tang and 1 blue hippo 2 clownfish 1 goby and 1 blue spot puffer. They are all very small with the sailfin being the biggest at maybe 5 inches. I am thinking I will need to slim that number down when they get bigger but I need opinions?

6 tangs in a 125g?? Even though they are small its a bit crowded in there. What kind of filtration do you have now? If it is top notch filtration you may be okay for a while, but I mean TOP NOTCH, all the bells and whistles. Tangs produce a lot of waste (as do puffers). I would go with 3 tangs tops in a 125g with great filtration. Less if you filtration is not great. HTH's... Good Luck!!!

Those tiny blue hippos have a terrible survival record. Never get one smaller than 3-4 inches.
