Tony, One yellow and one Hippo would be fine in your 150..Its when you have two tangs of the same that make things bad. Sometimes even two of the same shape will creat problems.
As far as reef safe Angles. I have found the Cherub and Flame back to be the best. The larger angels are not so reef safe but then that depends on the corals you keep. Going back to your first post I'd say stick with the smaller dwarf angels.
