thats a lot of big aggressive fish. so be carfull at the order that you put them in. i would put the wrasse and eel in first. then the tusk. then the emperor ant tang. puffer, and then the clown trigger. space a week or two inbetween fish. i know thats a monster tank but thoes fish have very high bio loads. and the angel and tang are gona need good water quality. what type of filtration are you using? but i think this is a great choice of fish. especially the clown trigger. your gona like him;)

oh one more thing. when you buy the clown trigger make shur its a mature fish that you can examen befor purchas. the reason why is beause clown triggers are the type of trigger that when they are little they are sweet and dont bother anybody. then one day they might get up and kill every fish in your tank and even destroy your powerheads. im not saying all clown triggers are like this in fact not many are. but there is the few that are and when you buy them when they are little you take thoes chances that they mich be an evil fish. so befor you buy it wach it interact with other fish befor you buy it. make shur you curent stock can handle it too. if you can tell its a bully or if its in a tank alone dont buy it. but when you get the right one they are great fish they will love to interact with you. some clown triggers love a good belly scratch... lol sorry for the long reply im just trying to help. :)

Im still trying to figure what flitration system Im going to install. Wet dry with a skimmer and possible UV light with a few hundred pounds of live rock. Any suggestions of filter to support the bio load.

A quality correctly sized skimmer and live rock will be fine considering your tank size.

Ant recommendation on the skimmer? i was going to put in 200 pds of live rock, a basic wet/dry filter, a sponge filter in the sump, and a skimmer.

i would go with circulation pumps they are much more affective IMO. may i suggest doing a refugium with macroalgea.

I've never done a refugium. Can anyone give me details. I've always Done a sump with a wet/dry filter with bio balls, uv light, skimmer, and a sponge air filter just for a little more filtration.

Instead of the bio balls put macro algae and live rock in that part of the sump.
Honestly a uv sterilizer is kind of a waste of money. If want to keep parasites out of your DT just set up a QT.
You will need powerheads very strong powerheads I recommend jebao wp60s.

It could be iffy, but a pair of maroon clowns could wrk. The only issue would be w the trigger. But maroons have big attitudes, and are one of the larger clowns
