Stocking my refugium

I am installing a ~ 10 gal refugium under my 150 gal fowlr tank.
What should I stock it with?

There are many things that you can put in there. Here are a few things that you could consider putting in:
-LR
-LS
-Chaetomorpha
-Any other type of Macro
-Pods

Do pods just come as hitchhikers?
I'll probably get chaeto, LS and maybe a couple of snails unless something else is recommended.

pods could come as hitchhikers but you could buy some and start to grow them in the fuge

i never purchased any pods. what i did was get one handfull of macros from a few different sources- lfs, local reefers....
it wasn't long that my refugium looked like a mini jurassic park.

Agree... you shouldn't need to buy any pods. They just seem to appear out of thin air.
