I am starting my first saltwater tank after many successful freshwater tanks. I know 29 is a pretty small first tank but I have researched a lot and have a lot of knowledge and supplies I believe to maintain it. I am doing a fish only tank with live rock and live sand and I am not sure what to stock it with? I am adding 10 Dwarf Ceriths, 3 Nassarius, 4 Florida Ceriths and 4 Nerites
when algae grows. When will the tank be done cycling? How can I tell? and what type of fish would be good? I want an Ocellaris Clownfish, and other then that I am open to any other fish, Hoping for easy to care fish to start, no coral will be added, fish only tank. If you guys know any other good websites to get good cheap fish with not to expensive shipping other then this place please share. Thanks for your guys help!

If you have done your research, as you claim, then among the supplies you have will be kits to determine ammonium, nitrite and nitrate. In a cycled tank you should have no ammonium, no nitrite and low levels of nitrate. Since you were not following these during the cycle it is possible that the tank is not cycled (unlikely), but to be sure, follow ammonium levels after the addition of your first fish. If they do not rise you are cycled.
Ocellaris clownfish are great, but don't add it early in your stock cycle since they can get territorial and give new arrivals some problems. Add this fish last, or close to last. IMHO, blue-green chromis are a great fish - hearty, peaceful (to other fish, not always with conspecifics), and attractive. You could also consider almost any of the reef safe wrasses. For personality I love flame hawkfish.
We are not allowed to post competitor's web sites here - after all, SWF is hosting us. However, good, cheap and no expensive shipping almost never go together, and absolutely never go together with "live". Shipping costs aren't in the control of the vendor, but are the province of FedEx, or UPS. So you pay, either by getting "free shipping" only for larger orders, or you pay for shipping. Watch this site regularly - they often have pretty good deals on shipping. I should mention that I am not an employee, just a customer.
