Stocking Question for 40G FOWLR

My tank currently has:
1 Small Blue Hippo Tang
1 Small Percula Clownfish
2 Firefish Goby's
2 Emerald Crabs
1 Camelback Shrimp
9 Asst Hermits
3 Turbo Snails
Should I up the clean up crew, if so by how much, I want to swap the Camelback for a Cleaner or a Fire Shrimp and I will be adding a Flame Hawkfish soon.
Tank has 40lbs of LR.

I'd say you should get at least 5 more turbos, and maybe 15 more hermits.

Forgot to mention that, you're definitely right.

Do you have a larger tank? The hippo is small now but they get big...
