I'm assuming you are being sarcastic, but on the odd chance you are not it is a 4 letter word and starts with E. You can buy just about anything there.
Congrats Farmboy, but I'm not sure if I understand your post. You are "splitting the tank" with your friend? Or is he just getting the PC's and then you are going to hook up some halides :thinking: . Either way good luck. I see you are in Cantuck, I just moved to Louisville a couple of months ago, where abouts are you?

I should have said, "we're splitting the 'setup'". He likes the tall reef look, I'm holding out for the 125 long(72") or maybe the 220 long(96"). I thought it was a good deal for somebody-and I AM getting the Power Compacts!
Maybe even one of the 2 pumps as well. . . :thinking:
I live near the Ashland area. What's UP WV? Small world, huh?

Small world, I went to undergrad at Marshall-right across the river from Ashland. But I grew up in Wheeling-about 45 minutes SE of Pittsburgh.
Anyway, congrats on your new lights

I turned off my 10,000k's and left on the actinics only. Those shrooms were neat looking! I couldn't believe how they GLOW! Cool. (Stripey too)

What lights did you get? What kind of a tank are the lights being used on now?

The seller said it was 2-PC strips that were around 500Watts all together(plus lunars built in). The "item" comes with a whole bunch of stuff including extra bulbs. I'm pretty sure they are 10k's and actinics. The lights are my end of the deal. My buddy is going in with me to get the tank. Like I said, I'm holding out for the L_O_N_G 125 or maybe even bigger!
I just wanted to share our VICTORY with folks who could appreciate it.

Hey Hurt,
Have you been to the "Newport Aquarium?" It is around Cincy--worth the trip. THey have a 385 thousand gallon "dive show" tank with sharks and some sea turtles and a ray.
Tons of stuff.

Nope, not yet. I'm still new to the area and can barely make my way around Louisville. But, when I get some time I will have to check it out, thanks for the info. Cincinnati, is right on the way home
