If you really want a Trigger, I would do Sargassum. They have great personalities, don't get as big or as aggressive as Niger, and they don't live on the reef in the wild (they live in among floating piles of Sargassum), thus they don't really bother with corals. I have had mine for 2 years, he really just hangs out swimming in the powerhead flow. He never ventures toward the bottom of the tank. Very goofy fish, loaded with personality. They are still Triggers though, thus not afraid to put another fish in their place when they feel the need.
