Straight pin bulb replacement

I need to replace my PC bulbs in my Coral Life light fixtures. They are the straight pin bulbs. Question is the connectors are just individual wires with ends on them. I am sure the are corroded on the pins. What the best way to remove them and how can I make sure I am installing them on the bulb in the right direction?

doesnt matter anyway you install them. they are still gonna turn on.
