Strange crab Need ID Please??

we found this strange crab in our live rock tonight. does anyone have an idea what he might be? we could not get a pic he was way too fast he lives in a hole in lr that we have had for about 3-4 weeks and we have never seen him when the lights are on but we did get a good look tonight and he is like a peach/orange color, about an inch in size and one pincher is bigger than the other and they have black tips I'm going to keep trying for the pic(wish me luck) I just want to make sure he is not a bad one to have in our tank so far none of our fish or inverts seem to be effected. any ideas???

I am no expert but my understanding is if it has black tips it is bad. How you can get him out of the tank

the lr he is on is a very nice piece and has some mushrooms growing on it I think we are going to try to trap it with a jar and some yummy food tonight and I will post a pic as soon as I can catch him
