Strange growth.

New to the forum and hoping you guys can help out.
I found this weird growth in my tank today on the underside of my rock. I have no idea what it is and just want to know if its bad or nothing to worry about. It looks like freaking spaghetti or a mess of tangled wires.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Some type of Terebellid worm species? I don't know but maybe. Does it move? Does it retract into t tube when something gets near it?

I touched it yesterday with my net and it didn't budge at all. I moved my tank about 2 months or so back and i didn't notice it then while moving all the rock, so it has to be something new. Whats getting me is its huge and monitor my tank almost daily and have never seen it till now.

oh ya and that black and brown thing right under it is the backside of a sea hare. After i took the picture and posted he was gone.

What is huge in your opinion in terms of oh let's say length of the tentacles?

Idk to me anything that randomly grows out of no where that is not the size of say a hermit crab is huge. Its probably a good 2-3 inches in mass. But i looked this morning and just a minute ago and it has not moved so it sprang out from that rock i guess.
