strange orange stuff =/

so i noticed this stuff growing this morning. i cant say i remember seeing it there yesterday, which seems pretty unlikely as big as it is. Can anyone help identify? Im guessing some kind of nuisence algae, but wanted to check first. It is kinda "fluffy" and totally attached to the rock (unlike the previous cyano etc outbreaks i have had) it is not solid, but has tiny hairs? and doesnt scrape off. HEEEELP.

thank you so much for responding. After searching the web last night, that is the same conclusion that i have come to. And yes, we have a pair of clowns. Im assuming that they will just go away? Or can the eggs actually make it on their own (without the whole hatchery/hospital tank)?
