Strange Sack Type Thing

I found this on my rock... It looks like an egg sack or something although it seems to have developed a hole close to the bottom.

Most of the ones I have are pea size...maybe marble....but that's it....(and that's mine..lol)

Probably not you might see some more pop up though. I have this blue sponge that is growing slowly. It is on a Porites sp. rock though and I think the coral will out compete it eventually. Here is a picture.
