I wouldn't ever dose stresscoat, I think its only for freshwater aquariums

Stress Coat is use during water changes to rid of chemicals in your tap water. It can also be used when you add fish to your tank. The net may damage the fish, so a squirt wont hurt. You dont need to over do it. Weekly is not needed.
