Stubborn Condy!!! ARGH!! I fear for the life of my BTA

Got a condy because it was cool, and cheap, then my boyfriend decided to add a Green Bubble Tip to our 23-gal tank. Learned that the condy can easily kill the BTA. So we decided the condy has to go. We've been trying to rehome it.
We tried to remove it by the following:
1. Gently tugging,
2. Ice cubs around it's foot,
3. Pointing a powerhead at it.
The powerhead was on it for about 3 days I want to say. No results. It remains firmly planted
And... our BTA is showing signs of stress. About 50% of the time he is shriveled up. He is almost never fully inflated any more. And he KEEPS MOVING CLOSER TO THE CONDY!!!! Right now they are less than an inch apart and touch each other occasionally. The BTA doesn't retract so I don't think he's getting stung too bad.
But how can I get this stupid condy to move? I don't want to risk anything. And the BTA is obviously stressed. Ricky and I want to move the condy humanely... we don't want to kill it :( If we absolutely have to we will, but we're trying everything in our power right now to keep it alive.

What is it attached to? Sometimes I have read people using a credit card gently under the foot. If on a rock can you remove the rock?

We already talked about this
It is in one of the base rocks to our whole set-up. It is wedged into a tiny hole. I've been sticking my fingers in there and I've also thought about taking a table knife to the poor thing.
This morning I turned the power head up a little bit and it's really banging down on it now. Maybe that'll help??
Also, Ricky's brother says squirting a TEENY bit of lemon juice on it might make it unhappy enough to move. I've heard of lemon juice used to kill aptasia (sp). Will it kill my condy too?
