Thought I would share a few pics of my new duncan. Bought it from jerryatrick, great guy to deal with. I love it, right now it is in low-med flow and seems to be happy.

Your Duncans are really cool!
I used to have three Duncan heads and then my Diamond Gobby took them somewhere and buried them.

Thanks for the compliment! They are by far my favorite coral in the tank. That sucks about your diamond goby hiding your duncan

thats terrible.. but its funny!
Those are nice duncans.. they look like the same strain as mine, they have the nubby/round tentacles rather than the stringy tentacles like others I have seen.
Nice score!

Thanks everyone, this is a new pic I snapped today. Shrimpi in this pic my duncan DOES look like it has the long string tentacles. It seems mine only do that when they are really happy, at least that's what I tell myself. lol

Nice multi head, keep us updated on growth......I was reading this to see about some questions about my new Duncan, till the "Fish From Hell" issues came up!!!!!!

Maybe I need to move my Duncan frag up some.
...... Like this shot says..... can I quickly take this away and hide it never to be seen again yet?? If I had only have know when I got him........ Heck he is about 7 inches now.. the substrate never will be safe again.......... Here he is in another shot last year when he was only about 5 inches. going after his next, new treasure. to hide....... You ever notice when you take a shot of these guys, there are always specks of sand flying around!!

big....I would move your duncan up into the rocks if it were mine. Sand can definately injure corals.

Those are beautiful! They look allot like min. I bought one head about 3 months ago and its doubled in size and I now have 4 side heads, all about the size of a quarter with two more baby heads coming in. I love these guys.

Nice duncans. What I have found is that if they are in lower flow, the new heads will bunch up with the old ones, kind of like a flower bouquet. In more moderately high flow, they will branch more as the new heads form. Thats at least what I've experienced with the 2 clusters I have in my tank.

Aw Big, how can you not like a fish who is so funny to watch?!?!
I'm building a 140 gallon tank right now to be my new reef tank. Curmudgeon (my "fish from Hell") will not go in there. He will remain in the current 90 gallon tank. He entertains me with all his moving. This morning he tried to grab ny BIG emerald crab (two inches across) and stick him in his pile of treasures.
