Substrate question!!

What kind of substrate should I get for a Nano 10g? Sugar fine white sand or Red sea max sphere shaped sand? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Just my 2cents worth- I was curious and set up a small tank with the white sugar sand and one with the regular sand-the white sand is beautiful, but it showed everything- and looked dirty within a matter of days. I ended up dumping it out and starting over with regular sand.

Not to mention fine substrate kicks up a tornado even if you look at the tank wrong. It also compacts much worse and traps detritus down in it.
So I wouldn't go too small. It may look nice, but it causes all sorts of problems.
